Terms & Condition

[A] A 50% deposit of the booking amount is required at the time of room reservation, with the remaining balance due 10 days before the lodging date.

[B] Gajagamini Forest Resort holds no responsibility if any tourist violates law and order during their stay.

[C] The resort will not assume liability for any loss, damage to life, property, or any other belongings of the tourist during the course of the tour.

[D] Gajagamini Forest Resort is not accountable for cancellations arising from natural calamities, strikes, terrorism, curfew, riots, road jams, etc.

[E] The decisions made by Gajagamini Forest Resort authorities on any matter or dispute will be deemed final.
